Attorney Tina Bell is a Florida licensed attorney experienced in Corporate Transactional Law, Regulatory Compliance, Claims Management, Property Preservation, and Litigation Practice affecting residential and commercial REO properties in the default space. Attorney Bell has assisted senior management, clients, and vendors in resolving high-level pre-litigation claims, claims management, tenders of defense, reconveyance, and repurchase issues.
Attorney Bell has also during her years of practice served as Associate Division Counsel conducting drafts and reviews of MSA's, SOW's, PCF's, NDA's, and RFP's under the guidance of Chief Division Counsel. Attorney Bell has further supplemented her career background by having garnered title claims experience with a leading underwriter in Jacksonville, Florida.

Attorney Bell is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and a licensed Title Agent in the states of Alabama and Georgia. She is also a member of the Daniel Webster Perkins Bar Association, Inc., located in Jacksonville, Florida.
